HeybossAI enables you to effectively share your work with your users and also collaborate with teammates throughout the website-building process.
Let others view the website
If you want others to only view the final version of your project without giving them access to edit it, simply click the "Publish" button located in the top right corner of the editor. This will publish your project as a live webpage.
Once published, you'll receive a public link. Share this link with others, and they will be able to view your website exactly as it appears to visitors online. They will see the finished page, not the editor, and will not be able to make any changes to it.

Allow others to edit your project
If you’d like others to modify your project, the simplest way to begin is by sharing the editor page URL. Once someone opens the link, they’ll see the option to Remix the project. This button, located in the top left corner of the editor, allows them to generate an editable copy of your original work within their own account.
It is important to understand how this process works. When someone remixes your project, they are not making changes to your original version. Instead, they are working on a separate copy that mirrors the design and structure you created. If you find their edits useful and want to build upon their changes, you will need to remix their version in return. This creates a flexible, non-destructive workflow that supports open-ended collaboration, with each participant working independently from a shared starting point.
By default, all projects on HeybossAI are public. This means your project may appear on the community feed, where other users can view it or duplicate it as a template for their own use. Remixing is essentially this duplication in action. It respects your original content while giving others the freedom to adapt and evolve it.
There is a key distinction between duplicating a project within the same account and duplicating across different accounts. If you duplicate a project within the same account, the associated database - such as content fields, CMS collections, and dynamic elements is also copied over. However, for security and privacy reasons, if the project is duplicated by a different user in a separate account, the database will not carry over with it. This ensures sensitive or proprietary data remains protected and only lives within the original creator’s environment.
In all of these collaborative and remixing modes, everyone interacts with the full editor interface. Whether you are building from scratch or working off someone else’s version, the experience remains consistent, with full creative control over layout, components, and content.
