The 7-Phase Workflow
Phase 1: Define Your Idea (10-15 minutes)

Common Questions
How long does each phase really take?
It varies, but most simple sites complete Phases 1-7 in 2-4 hours total. Complex sites with authentication, payments, etc. might take 6-8 hours. You can pause anytime and continue later.
Can I skip phases?
Phase 1 (Define) and Phase 6 (Test) should never be skipped. The others can be adjusted based on your needs. For example, you might polish as you go instead of a separate Phase 5.
