Accessing Customer Management
Open your project in HeyBoss
Navigate to "Customers" or "CRM" section
View your customer list
Adding Customers
Manual Entry
Add customers one at a time:
Click "Add Customer" or "New Customer"
Fill in customer information:
Name
Email
Phone
Company
Notes
Save the customer record
Import from CSV
Bulk import customers from a spreadsheet:
Prepare a CSV file with customer data
Click "Import Customers"
Upload your CSV file
Map columns to customer fields
Review and confirm import
Import from Gmail
Import contacts directly from your Gmail account:
Click "Import from Gmail"
Authorize HeyBoss to access your Google contacts
Select contacts to import
Confirm import
Privacy Note: HeyBoss only imports the contacts you select and does not access your emails.

Delete Customers
Remove customer records if needed:
