Preview failed to load

Occasionally, you may encounter the Preview Failed to Load error while working on your HeyBoss project. This is usually a temporary issue and can often be resolved quickly with a few simple actions.

If this happens, first click the Fix Issue button. The preview should reload successfully, although it may take a few moments for the changes to appear.

If the problem persists, try reverting your project to the last working version and recompiling it. This can restore the preview to a functional state without affecting the rest of your work.

If the error occurs only when you click a specific page or button, you can ask the AI to regenerate that page. This often resolves any underlying problems that might be preventing the preview from loading.

If the Issue Persists

  • Clear your browser cache and reload the editor

  • Check for pending updates (HeybossAI may have released a fix)

  • Switch browsers
