At HeybossAI, we understand that your needs may change over time. Our plans allow you to upgrade or downgrade whenever necessary to fit your current project requirements.
To change your plan, go to your Profile Avatar and then to the Subscription section. Scroll to the Choose Your Plan area. If you select Downgrade, a pop-up will inform you of any features you’ll lose—click Yes to confirm. If you choose Upgrade, you will be redirected to Stripe to complete the payment.
Once the payment is processed, the changes take effect immediately.
Upgrading your subscription
When you upgrade your subscription, the benefits of the new plan are applied immediately. The additional credits that come with your new plan are added to your account right away, and payment for the upgraded plan is processed on the spot. Any scheduled charges from your previous plan are canceled, and your billing cycle is reset to the date of the upgrade.
For example, if you purchased the $24.99 monthly plan on March 12 and upgraded to the $49.99 monthly plan on March 17, the extra credits from the $49.99 plan would be available instantly. You would be charged $49.99 on March 17, and the $24.99 renewal scheduled for April 12 would be canceled. Your billing cycle would restart on March 17, so your next $49.99 payment would be processed on April 17.
The same applies to annual plans. If you purchased the $299.88 annual plan on March 12 and paid in full, then upgraded to the $599.88 annual plan on March 14, your new credits would be added instantly and you would be charged $599.88 that same day. The $299.88 you paid for the original plan would remain valid for its term and would not be charged again. Your next annual credit drop for the new plan would occur on March 14 of the following year.
Downgrading your subscription
When you downgrade, you keep your current month’s credits, and the change will take effect in your next billing cycle. Your billing cycle date remains the same.
For example, if you purchased the $49.99 monthly plan on March 12 and downgraded to the $24.99 monthly plan on March 17, the credits from your $49.99 plan would remain until the end of the cycle. The $49.99 renewal scheduled for April 12 would be canceled, and on April 12 you would be charged $24.99 and receive the credits for the $24.99 plan. Your billing cycle would remain on the 12th of each month.
The same applies to annual plans. If you purchased the $599.88 annual plan on March 12 and downgraded to the $299.88 annual plan on March 17, the credits from the $599.88 plan would remain available until your renewal date. The $599.88 payment for the current year would remain valid and would not be charged again. On April 12 of the following year, you would be charged $299.88 and receive the credits for the $299.88 plan.
