How to use apps from the HeybossAI App Store?

Updated today

HeybossAI offers an intuitive way to integrate third-party tools and enhance your website with premium plugins. Here’s how to install plugins from your HeyBoss project.

Access the App Store

Begin by navigating to your HeybossAI project dashboard. From the left-hand navigation bar, click on App Store. This is your central hub for exploring and integrating a wide range of third-party tools; ranging from AI APIs and analytics tools to form builders, scrapers, and media plugins.

Browse and Choose the App

Inside the Discover Section App Store, you’ll see categorized collections of available apps. Each listing comes with a brief description to help you decide which tool best fits your project needs. Click on any app card to open its detailed view. Here, you’ll find instructions, supported features, and any required inputs specific to that tool.

Configure the Integration

Depending on the type of app, the configuration process may vary:

  • Media Embeds (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify): Paste the public URL (e.g., video or playlist link) into the input field.

  • Scraper Tools (e.g., Amazon Product Scraper, Google News Scraper): Input the URL of the page you wish to extract data from. These scrapers will pull content based on the page structure and return usable data.

  • AI APIs (e.g., ElevenLabs Voice, OpenAI 4o): Provide clear instructions or prompts in the designated field. For instance, if you’re using ElevenLabs, you can specify the type of voice generation you want; e.g., “Convert this text into a calm, American-accented narration.”

  • Tracking Pixels or Database Tools: These may require tokens or embed codes provided by external platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, or Airtable.

Add the app to your project

Once your app is configured, click the Add to Project button. The plugin will be integrated into your page and displayed according to its nature—some tools will show as visual embeds, while others may function in the background (e.g., analytics or tracking pixels).

Review and Manage Installed Apps

Head over to the My Apps section within the App Store to view a list of all tools currently active on your project. From here, you can remove, reposition, or reconfigure them as needed to match your evolving project needs.
